Taking credit for someone else’s work is abuse and using people is unethical. Always give credit where it’s due.

Encourage and support the bright people on your team. Not doing so breeds disharmony.
DON’T GOSSIP
Discuss problems with the person concerned then take it to an appropriate mediator if necessary. Talking behind colleagues’ backs gives you a bad reputation.
NEVER ABUSE PROFESSIONAL PRIVILEGES
If your employer trusts you to work from home be productive and show you can be trusted. If you don’t those privileges will be denied to others in the future.
BONUS TIPS ON BEING A GOOD COLLEAGUE
Be friendly. Showing an interest in colleagues’ wellbeing creates a positive workplace vibe and makes a long day more pleasant.
Help out. Assist colleagues with tasks they find tough. They’re sure to repay the favour.
Don’t bear grudges. Everyone has bad days. Don’t hold colleagues’ bad-tempered moments against them. Retaliation makes things worse. Wait until you’ve both cooled down.
